Trust seeks new Trustee

THE John Laing Charitable Trust is looking for a new Trustee with experience in financial, investment or commercial leadership to join the Board. This person will support the Trust’s long-term stewardship, financial oversight and strategic development.

As a proactive and engaged funder, JLCT continually considers how to use resources effectively and responsibly to create lasting social impact. The new Trustee will play an important role in Board discussions relating to financial stewardship, governance, investment and strategic decision-making, bringing sound judgement, insight and constructive challenge to support the Trust’s work.

The Trust is also continuing to develop its approach to social investment and mission-aligned use of capital. Experience or interest in this area would be particularly valuable.
